I received the professional series pizza oven. It has tons of room to cook several 12″ pies for a party. I love having the single stone cooking surface, but would recommend a smaller turning peel if you plan on doing more than 1 pie at a time. The heat retention is amazing and will stay hot for more than enough time than needed. So far my favorite pizza is an alfredo sauce with mascarpone, bacon, topped with mozzarella and pistachios with a balsamic glaze drizzle on top. I am starting to venture out and cook with cast iron as well. So far brussel sprouts with brown sugar, chili powder and balsamic makes a perfect mix of sweet, fresh and bold flavors that melt in your mouth! Besides the oven, the customer service is amazing! Very kind and provide quick responses to any questions. It’s been a fun journey so far with this oven, and very excited for the future creations.
