Easy to use, even temps, holds heat with little fire. Bakes good bread too. Good reliable company to buy from. I live in Hawaii and it arrived ahead of schedule and no damage to the oven after 5000 miles of truck , ship and flatbed delivery. It even Has removable handles for moving it. 5 star rating from me.
