The oven is extremely well built and works well. It arrived securely packaged and set up involved only taking it out of the crate, putting it on the cart and bolting on the chimney with the supplied hardware. You need four people for that task, because it is heavy. It is easy to “fire”, draws well, and produces great pizza. The one-piece cooking surface makes cooking and turning the pizza very easy. The included peel is a little “clunky”. I recommend buying a wooden peel to insert the pizza and ilFornino makes a great 13-inch stainless steel “banjo” peel for a reasonable price that is good for turning the pizzas. I like to bake bread after cooking the pizzas and the oven is a little light on thermal mass, so we inserted a dozen regular clay bricks (6 on each side, stacked 2 high) to add mass. You don’t need them for pizza, but they help keep the temperature up if you have much bread to bake. The oven is very well insulated and the sides only got warm to the touch. I highly recommend this oven.
